Both approved assemblies place P-Tuff Classic over an Enviro-Grip primer at 2 1\/2 gallons per 100 sq ft, with 16-30 mesh clean silica sand broadcast into the wet base coat at 20 pounds per 100 sq ft till refusal. Minimum coating thickness is 32 ± 2 dry mils in the assembly without tile, on minimum 3000 psi concrete, and 40 ± 2 dry mils in the assembly with porcelain tile, on minimum 2500 psi concrete.
