Everflow EF-100 | Kit de piso de resina epoxi (3 gal) | (MPC-100)

EF-100 (formerly MPC-100) is a 2-component, 100% solids, self-leveling, high-build epoxy floor coating — the professional standard base coat for concrete and existing epoxy. It cures to a seamless, high-gloss film with 6,200 psi compressive strength and excellent abrasion, impact, and chemical resistance, while its cycloaliphatic chemistry reduces water spotting and amine blushing.Use it as a protective coat, high-build primer, or patching binder. Solvent-free, low-VOC (<50 g/L), and CFIA & USDA compliant for indirect food contact. Top-coat with an Everflow polyaspartic or urethane for color and UV stability.

DESCRIPCIÓN

EF-100 is Everflow's flagship 100% solids base coat: a seamless, self-leveling floor that is built to last.

EF-100 is a 2-component, 100% solids, self-leveling, high-build epoxy floor coating that forms the foundation of a professional floor system. Pour it, squeegee it, and back-roll it, and it flows out into a seamless, mirror-gloss surface that bonds tightly to prepared concrete or existing epoxy. Its cycloaliphatic formula resists the water spotting and amine blushing that cloud ordinary epoxies, so the finish stays clear and consistent coat after coat.

EF-100 delivers 6,200 psi compressive strength, 5,500 psi tensile, 80-85 Shore D hardness, and a 93 GU high-gloss finish that stands up to abrasion, impact, and chemicals. Use it as a protective floor coating, a high-build primer, or the binder for patching and resurfacing floors in demanding settings such as warehouses, garages, hangars, processing plants, showrooms, and hospitals.

With zero solvent there is no shrinkage and no off-gassing, just a full-thickness film at <50 g/L VOC (LEED v4 low-emitting compliant). EF-100 meets CFIA and USDA requirements for indirect food contact, and a 3-gallon kit covers up to 800 sq ft as a primer. It comes in six stock colors and top-coats with Everflow polyaspartics and urethanes when you need added gloss, color, or UV stability.

Key Features & Benefits

  • 100% Solids, Self-Leveling: Flows out seamless and high-build with no shrinkage. One product for coating, priming, patching, and resurfacing.
  • Heavy-Duty Mechanicals: 6,200 psi compressive, 5,500 psi tensile, 80-85 Shore D, and 0.1 g Taber abrasion loss for industrial traffic.
  • Cycloaliphatic Clarity: Reduces water spotting and amine blushing for a cleaner, more consistent cure than standard epoxies.
  • High Coverage, Great Value: A 3-gallon kit covers 600-800 sq ft as a primer (6-8 mils) or 200-400 sq ft as a wear coat (12-24 mils).
  • Low-VOC & Compliant: <50 g/L VOC, LEED v4 low-emitting; Class A fire performance (0 flame spread, 15 smoke developed).
  • Food-Plant Rated: Meets CFIA and USDA requirements for indirect food contact and food-processing environments.
  • 6 Stock Colors, Top-Coatable: Clear, white, beige, black, light grey, and medium grey. Finish with an Everflow polyaspartic or urethane.
