DESCRIPCIÓN
The 100% solids epoxy that built Everflow's reputation — the seamless, self-leveling base coat pros reach for when the floor has to last.
EF-100 is a 2-component, 100% solids, self-leveling, high-build epoxy floor coating engineered as the foundation of a professional floor system. Pour it, squeegee it, back-roll it, and it flows out into a seamless, mirror-gloss surface that bonds tenaciously to prepared concrete or existing epoxy. As a cycloaliphatic formula, it resists the water spotting and amine blushing that cloud ordinary epoxies — so the finish stays clear and consistent coat after coat.
Built for punishment, EF-100 delivers 6,200 psi compressive strength, 5,500 psi tensile, 80–85 Shore D hardness, and a 93 GU high-gloss finish that shrugs off abrasion, impact, and chemicals. Use it as a protective floor coating, a high-build primer, or the binder for patching and resurfacing floors in the most aggressive settings — warehouses, garages, hangars, processing plants, showrooms, hospitals, and more.
With zero solvent there's no shrinkage and no off-gassing — just a full-thickness film at <50 g/L VOC (LEED v4 low-emitting compliant). EF-100 carries CFIA and USDA recognition for indirect food contact and food-plant use, and a 3-gallon kit covers up to 800 sq ft as a primer. Available in six stock colors and ready to top-coat with Everflow polyaspartics and urethanes for the gloss, color, and UV stability your project demands.
Key Features & Benefits
- 100% Solids, Self-Leveling: Flows out seamless and high-build with no shrinkage — one product for coating, priming, patching, and resurfacing.
- Heavy-Duty Mechanicals: 6,200 psi compressive, 5,500 psi tensile, 80–85 Shore D, and a tough 0.1 g Taber abrasion loss — engineered for industrial traffic.
- Cycloaliphatic Clarity: Reduces water spotting and amine blushing for a cleaner, more consistent cure than standard epoxies.
- High Coverage, Great Value: A 3-gallon kit covers 600–800 sq ft as a primer (6–8 mils) or 200–400 sq ft as a wear coat (12–24 mils).
- Low-VOC & Compliant: <50 g/L VOC, LEED v4 low-emitting; Class A fire performance (0 flame spread, 15 smoke developed).
- CFIA/USDA Food-Plant Recognized: Meets requirements for indirect food contact and food-processing environments.
- 6 Stock Colors, Top-Coatable: Clear, white, beige, black, light grey, and medium grey — finish with an Everflow polyaspartic or urethane.
