EF-155 | Kit de revestimiento epoxi superrápido para metálicos (3 gal) | 100% Sólidos, Estable a los rayos UV

EF-155 is a super-fast-curing, 2-component, 100% solids, self-leveling, high-build epoxy floor coating. At 68°F you can recoat in 2–4 hours and walk on it in 6–8 — ideal for single-day systems, tight deadlines, and cold weather down to a 32°F substrate. Its speed makes it an excellent fast base for metallic and flake floors. Also works as a high-build primer and patching binder. Solvent-free, low-VOC (<50 g/L), and CFIA & USDA compliant for indirect food contact. Mix small batches (10–15 min working time) and top-coat with an Everflow polyaspartic for color and UV stability.

DESCRIPCIÓN

When the goal is a complete epoxy floor in a single day, EF-155 is the engine that makes it happen.

EF-155 is a super-fast-curing, 2-component, 100% solids, self-leveling, high-build epoxy floor coating. At 68°F it lets you recoat in as little as 2–4 hours and return foot traffic in 6–8 — collapsing a multi-day floor system into one shift. It's purpose-built for jobs where the clock or the calendar is working against you, and it cures in low temperatures down to a 32°F (0°C) substrate for cold-weather work.

Its speed makes EF-155 an ideal fast base for metallic and decorative flake floors: pour the clear base, then broadcast flake or top-coat the same day instead of waiting overnight. It also doubles as a high-build primer over concrete and existing epoxy, and as the binder for patching and resurfacing aggressive industrial floors. The modified aliphatic chemistry reduces water spotting and amine blushing for a cleaner, more consistent cure.

EF-155 doesn't trade speed for toughness — it delivers 6,200 psi compressive strength, 5,500 psi tensile, 80–85 Shore D hardness, just 0.07 g Taber abrasion loss, and a brilliant 93 GU gloss. Solvent-free at <50 g/L VOC (LEED v4 low-emitting) and CFIA/USDA recognized for food-plant use, it's available in six stock colors. Because the fast set leaves a very short working window, mix only what you can place in 10–15 minutes, and finish with an Everflow UV-stable polyaspartic or urethane for color and outdoor durability.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Super-Fast Cure: Recoat in just 2–4 hours and return foot traffic in 6–8 at 68°F — build a complete floor system in a single day.
  • Cold-Weather Capable: Cures in low temperatures down to a 32°F substrate, keeping winter and tight-deadline jobs on schedule.
  • Built for Metallic & Flake Systems: The clear, fast-setting base lets you broadcast flake or top-coat the same day instead of waiting overnight.
  • 100% Solids, Self-Leveling: Seamless, high-build film with no shrinkage — also serves as a primer and as a patching/resurfacing binder.
  • Tough Mechanicals: 6,200 psi compressive, 5,500 psi tensile, 80–85 Shore D, and just 0.07 g Taber abrasion loss.
  • Low-VOC & Food-Plant Rated: <50 g/L VOC, LEED v4 low-emitting; CFIA/USDA recognized for indirect food contact.
  • 6 Stock Colors, Top-Coatable: Clear, white, beige, black, light grey, and medium grey — finish with an Everflow polyaspartic or urethane.
