Everflow EF-191 | Kit de epoxi 100% sólidos para encimeras | (MPC-191)

EF-191 is a 100% solids, two-component epoxy countertop coating that self-levels to a glass-clear, high-gloss finish. Its low mixed viscosity gives excellent flow and bubble release, and it pours up to 1/4” thick. When properly mixed and cured it meets CFIA requirements for direct food contact.Perfect for kitchen and bath countertops, butcher blocks, bar tops, river tables, and charcuterie boards. Tough (8,500 psi tensile), low-VOC (<50 g/L), and clear. Roll on, torch out bubbles; keep out of direct UV or top-coat for outdoor use.

DESCRIPCIÓN

Turn a plain countertop, bar top, or live-edge slab into a glass-smooth, food-safe centerpiece.

EF-191 is a 100% solids, two-component epoxy countertop coating system engineered for a flawless, crystal-clear, high-gloss finish. Its low mixed viscosity flows out beautifully and releases air, so you get fewer bubbles and a glass-like surface with far less fuss. Pour it up to 1/4” thick in a single application to build depth, or spread it thinner to cover more area.

It's the go-to coating for kitchen and bathroom countertops, butcher blocks, bar tops, tabletops, river tables, and charcuterie boards. When properly mixed and cured, EF-191 meets Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) requirements for direct food contact — so it's safe for the surfaces your family and customers eat and prep on.

Beauty backed by toughness: EF-191 delivers 8,500 psi tensile strength, 6,200 psi compressive strength, 75–80 Shore D hardness, and excellent abrasion resistance for a surface that stays clear and scratch-resistant through daily use. At <50 g/L VOC it's LEED v4 low-emitting. Roll it on with a 10 mm roller, pass a torch over the surface to pop any residual bubbles, and let it self-level to a showroom shine. As an epoxy it will amber under prolonged direct sunlight, so keep finished pieces out of harsh UV or protect them with a UV-stable topcoat.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Glass-Clear, Self-Leveling Finish: Low mixed viscosity flows out smooth and releases bubbles for a flawless 92.8 GU high-gloss clear coat.
  • Food-Safe Surface: Meets CFIA requirements for direct food contact when properly mixed and cured — ideal for counters, bar tops, and charcuterie boards.
  • Pour Up to 1/4” Thick: Build a deep, glossy coat in a single pour, or spread thinner to stretch coverage.
  • For Countertops & Live-Edge Art: Kitchen and bath counters, butcher blocks, bar tops, tabletops, river tables, and charcuterie boards.
  • Tough & Durable: 8,500 psi tensile, 6,200 psi compressive, 75–80 Shore D, and strong abrasion resistance.
  • Low-VOC & Compliant: <50 g/L VOC, LEED v4 low-emitting.
  • Easy Application: Roll on with a 10 mm roller and pop residual bubbles with a torch; seal porous substrates first.
