B-Tuff 308

A two-component, fast-setting polyurea-urethane basecoat that reinforces while wet and cures rapidly, even in cold weather.

B-Tuff 308 is a solvent-free, high-solids hybrid polyurea urethane waterproofing membrane carried by Latux from the PSI/Poly-Tuff line. Side A (dark grey) and Side B (black) are premeasured and mixed on site to build a seamless, flexible base membrane over prepared concrete, plywood, or metal. With a short pot life and fast gel, it can be placed in a single pass or multiple coats and applied in temperatures as low as 20F, so crews keep moving when other basecoats stall.

The membrane can be fully reinforced with fabric while still wet, which speeds detailing at joints, drains, and flashings. It is relatively insensitive to moisture and temperature, making it a strong choice for pedestrian walkways, patios, stairways, sun decks, balconies, mechanical rooms, wash racks, kennel runs, and vehicular-traffic areas. Because pot life is short, mix only what the crew can place and reinforce immediately.

Use it with

Prime with the recommended Enviro-Grip PSI primer, detail joints and cracks with PTS E-101 sealant and reinforcement tape, and topcoat with a PSI wear coat. Order Side A and Side B in matching kit sizes so the premeasured ratio stays correct.

We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, we replace it free of charge. Report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video, and approved replacements are issued within 7 to 10 days. Manufacturing defects are covered separately under our Limited Warranty.
