LATUX EPOXY & COATINGS LIMITED WARRANTY

Epoxy and coating products. Latux warrants its epoxy, resin, and coating products to be free from manufacturing defects and to meet the specifications on their Technical Data Sheet (TDS) at the time they leave our facility. If you believe a product is defective, contact us within 30 days of receiving it to request a review, and keep your proof of purchase.

The finished result of any coating depends on things we do not control, including surface preparation, mixing ratios, temperature and humidity, film thickness, cure time, and applicator technique. For that reason, this warranty covers the product as supplied only. It does not cover the result, appearance, or performance of a coating once it has been applied, and it does not cover work affected by improper preparation, mixing, or application, use outside the TDS guidelines, or job site conditions. We recommend testing a small area first, and always following the product's Technical Data Sheet and safety instructions.

Equipment and machines. All equipment and machines sold by Latux are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. As a distributor, Latux does not provide a separate warranty on equipment. Coverage, duration, and terms are set by the manufacturer. Latux will help you start and process any manufacturer warranty claim, so please keep your proof of purchase and any manufacturer registration. For coverage on a specific machine, check the documentation included with your equipment or contact us and we will point you to the correct manufacturer process.

General. Proof of purchase is required for any claim. Coverage extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, our only obligation is to provide a free replacement of the product. We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds or store credit. Latux Epoxy & Coatings is not liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from a product's failure to perform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this warranty is in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
