Aspirador industrial a propano Lavina V32GE
The Lavina V32GE is a propane-powered dust extractor sized to keep up with 32 inch concrete grinders, built around a four-stage collection train that pulls the load off the filters instead of choking them. It is the extractor you put behind a big propane grinder when the job has no power drop and the dust still has to stay out of the air.
Four stages, so the filters stop doing all the work

Works with
Built to pair with 32 inch propane grinders such as the Lavina 32 series, and it will keep up with 30 inch machines as well. Run it with Latux metal-bond and PCD tooling and the grinder, extractor, and tooling work as one system instead of three parts that almost match.
Options
An automatic filter cleaning version is available as the V32GEAFC, MSRP $16,990. Ask your rep if the crew is running long shifts and you would rather not stop to clean filters by hand.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size grinder does the V32GE keep up with?
It is built for 32 inch concrete grinders and will keep up with 30 inch machines as well. Airflow is 470.9 cfm with 112.5 inches of water lift.
What are the four collection stages?
An integrated pre-separator drops out large particles, a cyclone around the conical filter catches mid-sized particles, then a conical M class filter, then a HEPA H13 final stage.
How fine does the HEPA filter capture?
The H13 element captures 99.95% of particles from 0.15 to 0.23 micron, which is the fraction that matters for respirable silica dust.
Does it come with automatic filter cleaning?
The standard V32GE has manual filter cleaning with a warning lamp. Automatic filter cleaning is a separate model, the V32GEAFC, at $16,990 MSRP.
Why propane instead of electric?
Propane runs where there is no three phase power drop. If the job is indoors or in an occupied building, look at the electric V32E instead.
How do I buy it, and what about freight?
The V32GE is sold by quote. Call or message your Latux rep for current price, freight, and lead time. The MSRP shown is for reference.
