Premera QuickSeal Fast-Cure Acrylic Concrete Sealer
Premera QuickSeal is a single-component acrylic sol-gel concrete sealer, a spray-down coat that dries in about two minutes and pre-seals porous concrete before a topcoat goes down. It is built for installers who want to seal and topcoat in one visit, and it doubles as a fast stain-and-seal when you add acetone-based dye.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is QuickSeal for?
It pre-seals porous or non-densified concrete before a topcoat, so crews can seal and topcoat the same floor in one visit.
How fast does it dry?
In about two minutes, which lets you seal and topcoat in one visit.
Does it stretch my topcoat?
Yes. Pre-sealing porous concrete lets Premera T2 lay down right and doubles or triples T2 coverage.
Can I use it to add color?
Yes. Add 1 to 2 oz of acetone-based dye per gallon, seal, then top with T2 for color on porous concrete.
How many coats do I need?
One coat on tight concrete, up to three coats on highly absorbent slabs.
What about new concrete?
On slabs under 28 days old, prime with Premera Easy MVB first.
