An economical single-component, moisture-cured urethane basecoat that builds a seamless waterproofing membrane on concrete, plywood, and metal.

B-Tuff 302 NG is a liquid-applied, moisture-cured, flexible aromatic-urethane basecoat carried by Latux from the PSI/Poly-Tuff waterproofing line. It is the value-focused base membrane in the range: one component, easy to premix and squeegee out, and proven over prepared concrete, masonry, plywood, wood, and metal. A low-VOC SC grade is available where 100 g/L limits apply.

Apply a continuous, even coat across the deck at roughly 50 to 60 sq ft per gallon, detail joints and cracks with reinforcement tape and sealant, and let it moisture-cure before topcoating. Add B-Tuff 302 Accelerator when the schedule calls for a faster turn. As with all PSI base membranes, it is covered by a wear-rated topcoat rather than left exposed.

  • Shelf life: 6 months, factory-sealed, stored 60 to 95F; contains isocyanates and solvents

Use it with

Prime with an Enviro-Grip PSI primer (EP#1, EP#2, or PUR#555 for recoats), bridge joints and cracks with PTS E-101 and reinforcement tape, and finish with a PSI topcoat. Add B-Tuff 302 Accelerator for faster cure.
