Poly-Tuff Insta-Thick

A lightweight thickening powder that raises the viscosity of your membranes and sealants for vertical, sloped, and overhead work.

Poly-Tuff Insta-Thick is an ultra-fine, UV-stable powder that thickens PSI epoxy, urethane, and sealant materials in the field, so a horizontal-grade liquid becomes roller grade, slope grade, vertical grade, or even overhead grade. It builds body without significantly changing the cured physical properties of the coating, which lets you adjust for weather, temperature, and detail work right on the job.

Open the pail and break apart any lumps. Add the powder slowly into your liquid membrane or sealant and mix until it fully wets out and reaches a smooth, lump-free consistency. Keep adding in small increments until you hit the viscosity you need. Test on a scrap surface with a vertical sag line before you commit, and mix only what you will place the same day.

Use it with

Thicken B-Tuff, P-Tuff, or T-Shield membranes for vertical walls and details, and body up your PTS E-101 sealant tie-ins where needed.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, we replace it free of charge. Report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video, and approved replacements are issued within 7 to 10 days. Manufacturing defects are covered separately under our Limited Warranty.
