DESCRIPTION

When you're covering large floor areas, running out of flakes mid-broadcast and having to re-order mid-job is not acceptable — buy for the job, not for the minimum.

Everflow's 40 lb bulk vinyl flake bag is the right call for larger residential pours, multi-bay garages, and light commercial floor projects. At approximately 320–640 sq ft of full-broadcast coverage (density-dependent), it's sized for the jobs that a 25 lb bag won't finish cleanly. Order the right amount upfront, maintain consistent broadcast density across the entire floor, and don't leave broadcast coverage to chance on a high-visibility project.

Same professional-grade vinyl broadcast chips as the 25 lb bag — just more of them for larger floor areas. Multiple color blends available. Pair with a 100% solids epoxy base coat and a polyaspartic topcoat for the complete system.

Key Features & Benefits

  • 40 lb Bulk Bag: For larger residential, multi-bay, and light commercial floor projects where a 25 lb bag falls short.
  • Consistent Coverage: Enough material to maintain uniform broadcast density across the entire floor without rationing.
  • Multiple Color Blends: Same extensive palette as the standard bag.
  • Professional Grade: Same quality vinyl broadcast chips used in commercial and residential contractor installs.
  • Eliminates Mid-Job Reorders: Order for the full floor — not the minimum — on every job that matters.
