LATUX ONLINE SHIPPING POLICY
Free standard shipping is included on most orders, usually arriving in 2 to 7 business days depending on your state. Free shipping does not apply to distributor pricing, large equipment, or palletized orders, which ship as freight. Equipment may carry an added fee based on drop shipping from the manufacturer or our facility. Orders ship standard unless you request a different service in advance. LATUX REPLACEMENT POLICY
We do not accept returns. The only remedy we offer is a free replacement, and only when you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged. You must report a damaged or incorrect shipment within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or video. We cannot process a claim without documentation. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind or an ordering mistake on your end. Custom tinted and special order items follow this same policy. Approved replacements are issued within 7 to 10 days.
LATUX LIMITED WARRANTY
Latux warrants its products against manufacturing defects, as supplied, and to meet the specifications on their Technical Data Sheet. Because the finished result depends on surface preparation, mixing, temperature, humidity, cure time, and application, this warranty covers the product as supplied only, not the applied coating. Equipment is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Proof of purchase is required, and Latux is not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
