What this concrete sealer is for
QuickSeal is a pre-seal. It goes on bare, porous or non-densified concrete ahead of a topcoat, so the slab stops drinking the topcoat. Per the product page, pre-sealing doubles or triples the coverage of the Premera T2 topcoat. Because it dries in about two minutes, a crew can seal and topcoat the same floor in one visit.
It also works as a stain-and-seal. Add 1 to 2 oz of acetone-based dye per gallon, spray, then topcoat for color on porous concrete.

Concrete sealer vs epoxy: where a sealer fits
A sealer is a few mils of film. A coating system is a build: primer or barrier, a 100% solids base coat at 10 mils or more, often flake, then a wear-rated topcoat. A sealer alone will not give you the thickness, impact resistance or chemical resistance of that build, and it will not hide a stained or patched slab.
So be straight about the job. Want a garage or shop floor that takes hot tires and dropped tools? That is a coating system, see epoxy flooring kits and how much epoxy you need. Pre-sealing porous concrete under a topcoat, or staining and sealing in one pass? That is what QuickSeal does. For a damp slab, neither a sealer nor a topcoat is the fix, start with a moisture vapor barrier.

Common questions
How much concrete sealer do I need?
At 150 to 300 sq ft per gallon, a 600 sq ft floor takes 2 to 4 gallons per coat. Absorbent slabs can need up to three coats.
Can I put a topcoat on the same day?
Yes. That is the point of a 2 minute dry time.
Which topcoat goes over QuickSeal?
The product page pairs it with Premera T2, the sol-gel clear topcoat we carry. Ask your rep before you put it under any other topcoat.
Can it go on new concrete?
Not straight away. On slabs under 28 days old, put down Premera Easy MVB first.
