EF-160 is a 100% solids, 2-component moisture vapor barrier engineered to handle concrete slabs with moisture vapor emission rates up to 25 lbs per 1,000 sq ft per 24 hours. That covers the vast majority of elevated-moisture problem slabs in commercial and residential construction — including new pours, parking structures, and below-grade installs. Potable water approved and exceeding ASTM F3010 at 18 mils, EF-160 meets the documentation requirements for regulated commercial and municipal projects.
With a compressive strength of 8,000 psi and flexural strength of 15,000 psi, it's not just a vapor blocker — it adds structural performance to the substrate before the decorative system goes on. Low VOC at under 20 g/L, with a working time of 15–20 minutes that allows careful application before cure begins. Available in black, grey, and clear. 3-gallon kit.
