EF-Masterflow | Epoxy Resin Flooring Kit For Metallics (4 Gal) | 100% Solids, UV Stable

EF-Masterflow is a 2-component, 100% solids, self-leveling, high-build epoxy designed solely as the decorative topcoat for metallic and pearlescent floor systems. State-of-the-art defoamers and surface additives maximize air release, leveling, and pigment wetting for a flawless, pinhole-free finish, with superior UV stability and a brilliant 94.7 GU gloss.Pours high-build (32 mils, ~150 sq ft per 3-gal kit) for rich, dimensional effects. Clear base accepts color and pearlescent pigments. Tough (7,200 psi compressive), low-VOC (<50 g/L), and CFIA/USDA recognized.

DESCRIPTION

EF-Masterflow is Everflow's premium metallic floor coating, tuned so pigment can move and layer for deep, directional effects.

EF-Masterflow is built for professional decorative installers. Its flow profile lets metallic pigments disperse and travel more than standard-viscosity epoxies allow, which produces the deep, layered, light-catching patterns that define high-end metallic floors.

Its cycloaliphatic chemistry gives superior UV stability compared to standard epoxy. As an epoxy it will still discolor under prolonged UV exposure, so for lasting color topcoat it with a UV-stable polyaspartic. The finish reaches 94.7 GU gloss. With VOC under 50 g/L and CFIA and USDA requirements met for indirect food contact, it fits regulated environments as well as luxury residential and commercial installs. A 4-gallon kit covers 160 sq ft at 40 mils.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Superior Flow Profile: Rheology tuned for pigment movement, deeper color layering, and more complex directional patterns than standard epoxy.
  • 100% Solids, Superior UV Stability: Cycloaliphatic chemistry holds color better than standard epoxy; topcoat with a UV-stable polyaspartic for full UV protection.
  • 94.7 GU High Gloss: High gloss suited to decorative metallic systems.
  • Tough Mechanicals: 7,200 psi compressive, 5,500 psi tensile, 7% elongation, 80-85 Shore D, and 0.1 g Taber abrasion loss.
  • Food-Plant Rated: Meets CFIA and USDA requirements for indirect food contact.
  • VOC <50 g/L: LEED compliant. Suitable for occupied commercial spaces and sensitive projects.
