MONEY COAT CLEAR is a 100% solids, two-component clear epoxy, a crystal-clear, colorless coating built for floors that show off what is underneath. It works as a build coat, base coat, or clear coat over a prepared concrete slab, metallic systems, and decorative flake, self-leveling into a glass-hard, high-gloss layer for luxury homes, boutique retail, and high-design garages.

Crystal-clear finish
Minimal haze and no color cast, one of the more optically pure clear coats for decorative floor systems.
Glass-hard and durable
18,400 psi compressive, 8,400 psi tensile, and 80 Shore D give a hard, wear-resistant surface that protects the floor without dulling the look.
Self-leveling, seamless film
Low mixed viscosity flows out smooth for a seamless, high-gloss finish that reads like glass over the design below.

How much does a kit cover?
A 3-gallon kit covers about 150 to 450 sq ft, which works out to 50 to 150 sq ft per gallon depending on film thickness (10 to 32 mils). The kit mixes 2 to 1, 2 gallons of resin to 1 gallon of hardener.
How strong is it?
18,400 psi compressive, 8,400 psi tensile, 80 Shore D hardness, and 290 psi adhesion to concrete.
How long until I can use the floor?
At 75°F you get about 20 minutes of working time, light foot traffic in 16 hours, heavy traffic in 3 days, and full cure in 7 days.
Will it yellow over time?
As a clear epoxy it can amber under prolonged UV. For sunlit or outdoor areas, finish with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat.
What surface prep does it need?
