Everflow EF-100 | Epoxy Floor Coating Kit With Tools (3 Gal)
EF-100 With Tools pairs the Everflow 100% solids epoxy floor coating kit with the applicators the pour actually needs, so a garage floor or a shop bay goes down in one trip instead of three. It is the same 3-gallon, 2-component self-leveling epoxy floor kit that covers 350 to 400 sq ft, packed with the 18 inch microfiber roller, Big Ben frame, flat squeegee, and spike shoes crews use to spread it and back-roll it.
One box, one trip, one pour

Pairs with
Add a Latux metallic or solid tone pigment pod to turn the clear kit into a decorative floor. Finish with an Everflow polyaspartic or urethane topcoat such as EF-275 or EF-290 when you need extra gloss or UV stability. Diamond grind the slab to ICRI CSP-2 first, and run a moisture vapor barrier on any slab with high vapor emission.

Frequently Asked Questions
What tools come in the bundle?
Every tool set includes the Wooster 18 inch microfiber roller cover in a 3/8 inch nap. Roller + Frame adds the Wooster Big Ben 18 inch frame. Roller, Frame + Squeegee adds the Latux flat squeegee. The Full Tool Set adds spike shoes so you can walk the wet film without leaving prints.
Do I still need anything else to install the floor?
You will need a drill and mixing paddle, a diamond grinder or rental to profile the slab to ICRI CSP-2, and an extension pole for the roller frame. Gloves and a mixing bucket are worth adding. The bundle covers the applicators, not the prep equipment.
How much floor will one kit cover?
Plan on 350 to 400 sq ft for a typical one-coat floor. A 3-gallon kit stretches to 480 to 600 sq ft as a primer at 8 to 10 mils, or covers 200 to 400 sq ft as a heavier wear coat at 12 to 24 mils, depending on concrete porosity and the profile of the slab.
Which tool set should I pick?
For a single garage bay where you already own a frame and pole, the Roller set is enough. For a first floor with no tools on hand, take the Full Tool Set. The squeegee matters most on pours over about 300 sq ft, where spreading by roller alone gets slow and the working time runs out.
What is the working time after mixing?
About 30 to 40 minutes at 70 degrees F and 50% humidity. Mix Part B into Part A for no more than 1 minute on a low-speed drill, then pour immediately. Never let mixed product sit in the bucket, as it will heat up and cure fast.
How long until I can walk or drive on it?
At 68 degrees F you can recoat in 18 to 24 hours, return light foot traffic in about a day, and vehicle traffic in roughly two days. Full chemical cure takes about 7 days. Warmer speeds this up, cooler slows it down. Recoat within 48 hours or sand the previous coat first.
Can I use this bundle for a metallic floor?
Yes. Take the clear kit and add a Latux metallic pigment pod. For a full metallic system the spike shoes and a spiked de-airing roller help, so the Full Tool Set is the better starting point.
Is EF-100 UV stable?
As an epoxy, EF-100 will discolor under prolonged UV exposure. For sunlit, outdoor, or high-light areas, finish it with an Everflow UV-stable polyaspartic or urethane topcoat such as EF-275 or EF-290.
