Everflow EF-100 Pour-Ready Kit
EF-100 With Tools pairs the Everflow 100% solids epoxy floor coating kit with the applicators the pour actually needs, so a garage floor or a shop bay goes down in one trip instead of three. It is the same 3-gallon, 2-component self-leveling epoxy floor kit that covers 150 to 200 sq ft as a base coat, packed with the 18 inch Pro Performance woven roller, Big Ben frame, 20 inch flat squeegee, silicone mixing paddle, and spike shoes crews use to mix it, spread it and back-roll it.
One box, one trip, one pour

Coverage and cure.
Per 3-gallon kit. Real coverage depends on concrete porosity and the profile of the slab.
Cure at 68°F
Working time 30 to 40 min at 70°FWarmer temperatures speed this up; cooler temperatures slow it down. Recoat within 48 hours or sand the previous coat first.

In the kit
- EF-100 3-gallon kit: 7.56 L resin (Part A) plus 3.78 L hardener (Part B), pre-measured 2 to 1 by volume
- Pro Roller Pro Performance 18 in woven roller cover, 3/8 in nap, with end caps
- Wooster Big Ben 18 in roller frame
- Latux 20 in flat squeegee for spreading the pour
- Silicone mixing paddle for mixing Part A and Part B
- Spike shoes so you can walk the wet film without leaving prints, one universal size
- Four colors: clear, white, light grey, and black
Make it your color
Start with the clear kit and tint it yourself. Mix in any Latux metallic pigment for a metallic floor, or a solid tone liquid pigment pod for a custom solid color.
Pairs with
Add a Latux metallic or solid tone pigment pod to turn the clear kit into a decorative floor. Finish with an Everflow polyaspartic or urethane topcoat such as EF-275 or EF-290 when you need extra gloss or UV stability. Diamond grind the slab to ICRI CSP-2 first, and run a moisture vapor barrier on any slab with high vapor emission.
What tools come in the kit?
Every kit includes the Pro Roller Pro Performance 18 inch woven roller cover in a 3/8 inch nap with end caps, the Wooster Big Ben 18 inch frame, the Latux 20 inch flat squeegee, a silicone mixing paddle, and spike shoes in one universal size so you can walk the wet film without leaving prints.
Do I still need anything else to install the floor?
You will need a drill, a diamond grinder or rental to profile the slab to ICRI CSP-2, and an extension pole for the roller frame. The silicone mixing paddle is included. Gloves and a mixing bucket are worth adding. The kit covers the applicators, not the prep equipment.
How much floor will one kit cover?
A 3-gallon kit covers 150 to 200 sq ft as a base coat, stretches to 480 to 600 sq ft as a primer (8 to 10 mils), and covers 100 to 150 sq ft as a metallic coat, depending on concrete porosity and the profile of the slab.
What is the working time after mixing?
About 30 to 40 minutes at 70 degrees F and 50% humidity. Mix Part B into Part A for no more than 1 minute on a low-speed drill, then pour immediately. Never let mixed product sit in the bucket, as it will heat up and cure fast.
How long until I can walk or drive on it?
At 68 degrees F you can recoat in 18 to 24 hours, return light foot traffic in about a day, and vehicle traffic in roughly two days. Full chemical cure takes about 7 days. Warmer speeds this up, cooler slows it down. Recoat within 48 hours or sand the previous coat first.
Can I use this kit for a metallic floor?
Yes. Take the clear kit and add a Latux metallic pigment pod. The spike shoes in the kit let you walk the wet coat, and a spiked de-airing roller also helps on a full metallic system.
Is EF-100 UV stable?
As an epoxy, EF-100 will discolor under prolonged UV exposure. For sunlit, outdoor, or high-light areas, finish it with an Everflow UV-stable polyaspartic or urethane topcoat such as EF-275 or EF-290.
