Everflow EF-195 | Low Exotherm Epoxy Casting System
EF-195 is Everflow's 100% solids deep-pour casting epoxy, a two-component, crystal-clear resin that casts up to 3 inches in a single lift for river tables, encapsulations, and molds. Built for woodworkers and resin artists, its long 60-minute working time and low mixed viscosity flow around complex shapes and release trapped air for a clean, void-free casting.
Built for deep, crystal-clear casting

Pairs with
Color EF-195 with Latux pigment or metallic packs, seal porous wood, bark, or inclusions before you cast, and finish sun-exposed pieces with a UV-stable topcoat, since epoxy can amber under prolonged UV.

Frequently Asked Questions
How deep can I pour EF-195 in one lift?
Up to 3 inches (3000 mils) per pour. For thicker projects, pour in multiple lifts, allowing each to firm up first. A 3-gallon kit yields about 1.5 sq ft at the full 3 inch depth.
Will EF-195 turn yellow over time?
It's formulated for superior UV stability and resists ambering far better than ordinary casting epoxies, so castings stay clearer and look new longer. For pieces in constant intense sunlight, a UV-stable topcoat adds extra protection.
What is the working time and how long does it take to cure?
You get a long 60-minute working time at 70°F. At 68°F it's dry to the touch in 72 to 96 hours, with full chemical cure in about 7 days. Deep pours and cooler temps extend these times.
What can I make with EF-195?
It's built for river tables, embedding and encapsulation, jewelry, and fine arts and crafts, any project that needs a thick, clear, durable casting.
Is EF-195 food-safe?
When properly mixed and cured, EF-195 meets requirements for indirect food contact and use in food plants. Because results depend on correct mixing and curing by the user, each finished piece should be assessed individually.
How do I get a bubble-free, clear casting?
Mix Part A and Part B for no more than 1 minute on a low-speed drill, pour into your mold, wait 15 to 20 minutes, then lightly pass a propane torch over the surface at a 45° angle. Seal porous wood with a thin coat first to prevent outgassing.
How is EF-195 different from EF-191?
EF-195 is a deep-pour casting resin (up to 3 inches) with superior UV stability for river tables and art. EF-191 is a countertop coating for thinner pours up to 1/4” on counters and bar tops.
Does EF-195 come in colors?
It's clear out of the kit and fully tintable. Add Latux pigment to create custom colors and effects.
