Latux Flat Squeegee

The Latux Flat Squeegee spreads 100% solids epoxy, polyaspartic, and self-leveling floor coatings evenly across concrete. A red rubber blade on a riveted steel backing holds a straight edge through a full pour, and the socket handle threads onto an extension pole. Choose 12, 18, or 24 in.

The Latux Flat Squeegee is a pro-grade epoxy squeegee, built to spread 100% solids epoxy, polyaspartic, and self-leveling floor coatings evenly across concrete. A red rubber blade rides on a riveted steel backing plate, so it holds a straight edge through a full pour instead of flexing out like the light blades sold at Home Depot or Lowe's. The socket handle is threaded for a standard extension pole, and it comes in three widths so you can match the tool to the slab.

Which width do you need?

Wider spreads faster but demands a steadier pull and enough material on the floor to stay ahead of the edge. Most crews carry a wide blade for the open floor and a 12 in for detail work.

12 in · 1.15 lb
TIGHT SPACES AND DETAIL
Closets, bathrooms, laundry rooms, stair landings, and cutting in along walls and around obstacles. Also the one to grab for small patch and repair pours.
18 in · 1.4 lb
THE ALL-ROUNDER
The default for a single-car garage or one room. Best balance of coverage and control, and the easiest width to keep a consistent pull on a slab that is not perfectly flat.
24 in · 1.5 lb
OPEN FLOOR, FEWEST PASSES
Two and three-car garages, warehouse bays, and showrooms. Covers twice the ground per pull of the 12 in, so you spend less of the pot life spreading.

Built for professional floor installs

Built for pro coatings
Handles 100% solids epoxy and polyaspartic without dragging or flexing out like a hardware-store blade.
Red rubber on a steel backing
The rubber blade is riveted to a steel plate that keeps the edge straight under load, so the film stays even instead of scalloping where the blade bows.
Threaded pole socket
The socket grip is threaded for a standard extension pole, so you can spread a whole slab standing up instead of on your knees.
Even, controlled spread
The rigid flat blade moves high-viscosity material smoothly so you control film build and cut waste before back-rolling.
Non-marking blade
Rubber will not scuff or streak the substrate, which matters on light-colored and clear-coated floors.
Pairs with a back-roller
Spread with the squeegee, then back-roll with an 18 in epoxy roller cover for a uniform finish across the floor.

How to use it

Pour a ribbon of mixed material onto the prepared slab and pull it out with the squeegee held at a low angle, working in sections and keeping a wet edge. Then back-roll the same section in one direction to even the film and release trapped air. Scrape and wipe the blade down before the material sets; once epoxy cures on the rubber it will not pull a clean line again.
