The Pro Performance woven roller cover is built for floor coatings, not paint. Shed-resistant woven Dralon fabric sits on a solvent-resistant core, so it holds together in 100% solids epoxy and urethane where a hardware-store cover softens and comes apart mid-pour. At 18 inches it lays more floor per pass, with fewer lap marks to chase, and it drops straight onto the Wooster Big Ben 18 in frame.

Solvent-resistant core

The core is built to survive the solvents in epoxies and urethanes. Cheap covers use a core that swells and collapses partway through a pour, and the cover has to come off the frame mid-floor.

Shed-resistant woven fabric

Woven Dralon holds its fibers instead of releasing them into the wet film, which is what you want under a high-gloss topcoat where every stray fiber shows.

Fits the Big Ben 18 in frame

Seats on the Wooster Big Ben 18 in roller frame and other standard 18 in frames, so it drops into the setup you already run. This is the end-cap version.

18 inch professional width

Double the coverage of a 9 inch cover, so fewer passes, fewer overlaps, and less roller-mark streaking across a large slab.

End caps fitted

Capped ends help the cover hold its shape under the weight of full-build material and keep coating out of the core.

How to use it

Pour and spread the coating with a squeegee, then back-roll with the 18 in cover in a single direction to even out the film and release trapped air. Work in manageable sections and keep a wet edge. Covers are a consumable on epoxy work, so keep spares on the truck; once material starts to set in the nap the cover will drag rather than lay down.
