Enviro-Grip 405Fc

A 100%-solids, zero-VOC epoxy moisture barrier that holds back concrete vapor before flooring goes down.

Enviro-Grip 405Fc is a 100%-solids, zero-VOC epoxy primer that works as a moisture vapor barrier over concrete slabs. Mixed 2 parts A to 1 part B, it forms a dense film that reduces moisture vapor emission rate up to 25 lb, bringing an out-of-spec slab below the 3 lb per 1000 sq ft threshold so you can protect the finish you install over it.

Use it on concrete that failed or is at risk on a calcium chloride or relative humidity test, ahead of resilient flooring, wood, or resin coatings. Coverage is driven by the moisture reading, so test the slab first and set your spread rate accordingly. Applied as a single coat at 10 to 16 mils wet, 405Fc has a short 20-minute pot life. Mix tight batches and keep a wet edge.

We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, we replace it free of charge. Report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video, and approved replacements are issued within 7 to 10 days. Manufacturing defects are covered separately under our Limited Warranty.
