PTS E-101

A one-part, water-cured joint sealant that guns fast, cures without mixing, and stays flexible from vertical walls to overhead details.

PTS E-101 is a single-component, 100% solids, water-curable elastomeric joint sealant for moving and non-moving joints, inside or out. It bonds to a wide range of substrates without priming, skins fast to resist jobsite dirt pickup, and cures to a durable, weather-tight seal that holds through expansion and contraction. With zero shrinkage and no solvents or odor, it is safe to run indoors and in confined spaces.

Pick the grade for the joint. E-101 NS (Non-Sag) guns into vertical, overhead, and sloped joints and holds its shape with zero slump. E-101 SL (Self-Leveling) flows out flat in horizontal joints and deck cracks. Clean and dry the joint, set a backer rod to control depth at a 2-to-1 width-to-depth ratio, and gun the sealant in. It bonds to damp masonry, tools easily, and skins in 40 to 50 minutes. Each option ships as a 12-pack case for production sealing.

Use it with

Seal joints, cracks, and terminations ahead of your PSI membrane, then reinforce with Max-FD Tape or T-Tex 325 where movement is heaviest.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, we replace it free of charge. Report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video, and approved replacements are issued within 7 to 10 days. Manufacturing defects are covered separately under our Limited Warranty.
