Turbo Supreme Diamond Cup Wheel for Concrete Prep (5 in. and 7 in.)
The Turbo Supreme diamond cup wheel opens concrete to the ICRI CSP 2 to 3 profile that Everflow epoxy and polyaspartic coatings need for a lasting bond. Turbo segment geometry strips laitance, curing compounds, and old sealers on any standard angle grinder with a 5/8-11 UNC spindle. Choose 5 in. for edges and tight work or 7 in. for open floor.

Turbo Supreme Diamond Cup Wheel for Concrete Prep (5 in. and 7 in.)
The Turbo Supreme diamond cup wheel opens concrete to the ICRI CSP 2 to 3 profile that Everflow epoxy and polyaspartic coatings need for a proper bond. It runs on a standard angle grinder with a 5/8-11 UNC spindle, in a 5 inch size for edges and tight work and a 7 inch for open floor. This is the prep tool that anchors a coating into the slab instead of letting it sit on top.

What bond hardness should I choose?
Bond hardness is the inverse of concrete hardness. Use a soft bond for hard concrete (3500 plus PSI) and a hard bond for soft concrete (under 3000 PSI). The wrong bond drastically reduces tool life.
How long will they last?
Life varies by application. 500 to 2,000 sq ft is typical for aggressive surface-prep segments. Fine polishing pads last longer, and proper water cooling extends life.
What is the difference between segment heights?
Higher segment height means more material removal and longer life. Lower segment height gives a finer finish profile. Choose based on how aggressive the prep needs to be.
