Crystal-clear finish
Minimal haze and no color cast, one of the more optically pure clear coats for decorative floor systems.
Glass-hard and durable
18,400 psi compressive, 8,400 psi tensile, and 80 Shore D give a hard, wear-resistant surface that protects the floor without dulling the look.
Self-leveling, seamless film
Low mixed viscosity flows out smooth for a seamless, high-gloss finish that reads like glass over the design below.
100% solids, low VOC
Maximum build per coat at under 30 g/L VOC, with strong adhesion to prepared concrete at 290 psi. Plan on 75 to 125 sq ft per 3-gallon kit.

Topcoat for full UV protection
As a clear epoxy it can amber under prolonged UV, so finish with a UV-stable polyaspartic for lasting clarity outdoors or in bright light.

What can I use MONEY COAT CLEAR over?
Prepared concrete profiled to CSP 2 to 3, metallic base coats, and decorative flake systems. It works as a build coat, base coat, or clear coat.
How much does a kit cover?
A 3-gallon kit covers about 75 to 125 sq ft, depending on how heavy you build the film. The kit mixes 2 to 1, 2 gallons of resin to 1 gallon of hardener.
How strong is it?
18,400 psi compressive, 8,400 psi tensile, 80 Shore D hardness, and 290 psi adhesion to concrete.
How long until I can use the floor?
At 75°F you get about 20 minutes of working time, light foot traffic in 16 hours, heavy traffic in 3 days, and full cure in 7 days.
Will it yellow over time?
As a clear epoxy it can amber under prolonged UV. For sunlit or outdoor areas, finish with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat.
What surface prep does it need?
Clean, dry concrete profiled to CSP 2 to 3, with moisture below 6% and a minimum 28-day cure.
