Prep sets the schedule, not the resin
On a big floor the grinder decides how many square feet you get a day. A planetary machine sized to the room, with HEPA dust collection running with it, is the difference between a floor that bonds and one that peels at the forklift turns. The slab under a big box is often wet
Large slabs on grade in South Florida sit over a high water table, and a torn vapor retarder under one bay is enough to lift a coating across it. Test before you buy. Where the reading is high, Everflow EF-160 is a 100% solids epoxy barrier rated to 25 lbs emission per 1,000 sq ft per 24 hours at 100% relative humidity, and it goes down under the system. Fit the build into the shutdown
Most commercial floors are won or lost on hours. Everflow EF-155 recoats in 2 to 4 hours, which is what makes a same-day build possible. On the wear course, EF-290 recoats in 2 to 4 hours and takes foot traffic in 3 to 6. Foot traffic is not forklift traffic, so check the full cure on the technical data sheet before you put wheels back on it.
Heat and chemicals mean urethane cement
Where the floor sees hot wash-down, food acids or constant chemical exposure, epoxy is the wrong answer. Urethane cement moves with the slab instead of fighting it. Our urethane cement flooring page explains where it earns its price.

Decks and permits
West Palm Beach is outside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone
