Latux Epoxy has supplied flooring contractors in South Florida since 2004. We are a working supply house, not a catalog reseller. The coatings, the color, the diamond tooling and the grinders all ship from the same counter in Pompano Beach, so a crew can spec a job, price it and load it in one stop.

Coatings and resin systems
Epoxy, polyaspartic and urethane cement
This is the core of what we supply. 100% solids epoxy for the build coat, polyaspartic and polyurethane for the wear course, urethane cement where thermal shock and washdown chemicals would eat a standard system, and the primers, sealers and moisture barriers that go underneath. We stock the Everflow EF series, our own LTX-100 and MONEY COAT lines, PPC and Premera. If you are pricing a system rather than a single pail, call and we will build the material list layer by layer.
Color and decorative
Flake, quartz and pigment
Color is where a floor stops being a coating and starts being a finish. We supply vinyl flake in home and industrial blends by the pail, metallic pigment in 50 gram and 160 gram packs, and solid tone liquid pigment pods for crews who would rather dose than weigh. Full broadcast, partial broadcast or a straight metallic pour, we carry the material and we will tell you honestly which one suits the slab and the budget in front of you.
Surface preparation
Grinders, tooling and dust control
No coating outlives its prep, so we supply that side of the job properly. Planetary grinders from walk-behind up to remote-control machines, diamond cup wheels and segment tooling, and the HEPA dust collection that keeps silica out of the air and off the customer’s inventory. We are an authorized dealer for Husqvarna, Lavina, HTG, Metabo and Metabo HPT, which means warranty and parts come through us rather than through a third party. Larger machines are quoted rather than listed, so tell us the footage and the access and we will spec the right unit.

Application tools, accessories and safety gear
The small items that stop a job dead when they are missing. Roller frames and covers, squeegees, spike shoes, mixing gear, nitrile gloves. We stock Wooster and Pro Roller alongside our own Latux tools, so a crew can restock consumables on the same order as the resin.

Most of what leaves this building goes out on a contractor’s truck. Flooring and coatings crews, concrete polishing outfits, general contractors buying for a single build, facility and property maintenance teams handling their own slabs, distributors and resellers buying at tier, and experienced owner-installers who know what they are doing. Pricing, pack sizes and lead times are set up for people doing this for a living.

Pricing, pickup and delivery
Contractor and distributor pricing
We run three trade tiers, Contractor, Distributor and VIP. They are applied to your account rather than shown as a public discount, so your pricing follows you at checkout on every order without a code. Volume on resin and flake is where the tiers bite hardest. Apply for a trade account or call and we will set it up over the phone.
Shipping and local pickup
Free UPS Ground on orders over $150 anywhere we ship. Under that, ground is charged by weight. Machines and anything on a pallet move by freight and are quoted per job, because a grinder going to a third-floor job with no dock is not the same shipment as one going to a warehouse. Local pickup at 2201 N Andrews Ave, Suite 108, Pompano Beach is available on everything we stock, and it is usually same day if you call ahead.
